Members of NYAC's Youth Advisory Council advise our board and staff on all aspects of the organization’s work through various forms of media including a mailing list, e-mail, IMs, etc. They are also asked to participate in regular online or phone conversations regarding NYAC’s efforts.

It is our hope that the members of this council can help to assure that our efforts are effective by including the thoughts and opinions of young people in everything we do as an organization.

As our organization works to bridge the generational gaps within our movement and involve young people in our movement’s efforts, council members' perspectives and insights will be an invaluable advantage.
